About the Ranthambhore Tour
anthambhore National Park, located in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district, is one of India’s most famous wildlife reserves, known for its high density of Royal Bengal Tigers. Spanning 1,334 sq. km, this former hunting ground of the Maharajas is now a thriving sanctuary for diverse flora and fauna. The park’s landscape is a stunning mix of dry deciduous forests, rocky cliffs, open grasslands, and ancient ruins, including the 10th-century Ranthambhore Fort, creating a dramatic backdrop for wildlife sightings. The park is home to leopards, sloth bears, wild boars, nilgai, sambar deer, marsh crocodiles, and over 270 bird species. Divided into 10 safari zones, Ranthambhore offers incredible tiger-spotting opportunities, with zones 1–6 being the most popular. The best time to visit is October to June, with peak sightings in summer (March–May) when animals gather near water bodies. With its rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and abundant wildlife, Ranthambhore is a must-visit destination for nature lovers and photographers alike. 🐅🌿🏰
